No Kings [crossed out crown]

Day for Democracy June 14

With 3 other Indivisible groups and partners, we organized No Kings Parade and Democracy Fair in Palo Alto. The energy was great. We had around 6 thousand people come to demonstrate that this country wants no kings and spending the afternoon learning what they can do to protect democracy. Volunteers were seting up and cleaning, running the postcarding table, coordinating kids’ activities and art corner, donating money and lending supplies, and more.
