First thing first: need more bodies for a Flock-related hearing (again!), this time in San Jose. You don't have to be SJ resident; these cameras affect anyone driving through SJ. Help get Flock and AI mass surveillance out of San Jose! Flock has mishandled our personal automatic license plate reader data, placing immigrants, BIPOC communities, people seeking reproductive care, and those exercising their rights to free speech under risk. March 10, 1:30pm, San Jose City Council, Council Chambers at City Hall, 200 E. Santa Clara St. There's also a rally there beforehand at 12:30pm, if you'd like to get pumped up :) There's also a letter you can sign.
- Saturday, March 7, 10am: Repeat but also not (new speakers and organizations) of "Fighting for America: How to Win 2026" (Note: this is online).
- Saturday, March 7, 1pm: Repeat of "Listen to Win: Empathetic Conversations Training" by Dave M of Swing Left Peninsula
- Sunday, March 8, 10am: Chalk-the-streets with our Chalking Team in Mountain View

- Sunday, March 8, 2pm: International Women's Day Poetry Walk with Mariya in Palo Alto
Postcarding
Postcarding campaigns soon to come: States Win postcards for MI State Senate candidate Darrin Camilleri and to register voters in GA for Jon Ossoff. Current campaigns on the porch: Write to unregistered likely Democrats in Michigan’s toss-up MI-07 to help flip the House in 2026 and protect statewide seats, and to registered Black voters in Virginia urging a Yes vote on the redistricting referendum to maintain fair congressional maps.
- March 7: From Mountain View Bay Area Resistance Pod: Immigrant Rights Forum on Saturday, March 7 at 3pm, Mountain View Community Center (201 S Rengstorff Ave). It will bring together groups that support immigrants in Mountain View and the Bay Area to bring awareness to their efforts, connect immigrants and allies with resources and action opportunities, and to learn directly from immigrants' experiences. It will feature speakers from Papeles para Todos, SIREN, and Rapid Response Network in Santa Clara County.
- By March 13: From Third Act SF: California parks near Sunol, Mission Peak, Mt. Diablo, Butano and others are at risk from a federal proposal to allow oil drilling on adjacent public lands. Visit a park before March 13, post a photo to raise awareness, and submit a public comment to help stop the drilling. See more info.
